Hello again dear readers! Apologies for the break. I hope you all have been keeping well and chilling out.
"Corridors of Time" will be starting up again this week. I will here take a few moments for what podcasters tend to call "housekeeping," as if their podcasts were somewhere you could live:
My plan is to stick to a regular schedule again. The letter will hopefully arrive weekly. I can't make guarantees, but I'm going to try.
Past entries were, in general, scattered and relatively wide-ranging essays. These were fun, but also exhausting. CoT 2.0 will probably stick to shorter posts, probably loosely structured around reviews of specific things. In the hopes of remaining interesting, these reviews will ideally extend beyond the purview of whatever specific thing I'm talking about, but consider this a heads-up that they'll almost certainly be shorter, too.
I'll be turning payments back on in a couple of weeks. You'll get a heads-up email before that happens.
I probably will not be paywalling any Content to come in at least the next couple of months, so you won't get anything in particular if you pay me. That said, without getting into too much detail, payment would be quite helpful at this point in my life; and while there will of course be no hard feelings if you cancel your paid subscription, there will definitely be soft feelings towards those who continue to support the project. (And, as always, if I do start paywalling things again, just shoot me an email if you'd like to get that stuff but can't afford it.)
If you want me to talk about anything in particular or answer any questions in the letter, feel free to shoot me an email at theodoramward@gmail.com. I'm totally serious about this one. I'll even watch or play or read something for you. (Probably.)
Thanks again for reading! I'm excited.
